1.Motichoor Laddoo –

It is a very delicious sweet recipe. We can make it at home very easily. It is often made during Diwali and other festivals.

Ingredients for 20 laddoo

2 cup gram flour( Besan)
½ litre milk
1 tsp cardamom powder
3 cup ghee
Food color
1 pinch of baking soda
3 cup sugar
4 cup water
½ cup milk
Saffron (optional)

Sugar Syrup for Motichoor Laddoo

  • Take a pan and mix the water in it, put it on the medium flame, after 2 minutes mix sugar in the water and allow the pan to cook for 10 minutes and once the syrup attains two string consistency after that turn off the flame and mix some cardamom powder and food color as required.

How to Make Motichoor laddoo

  • Take a large bowl mix Besan flour, baking soda, and milk now mix it well.
  • Now heat ghee in a pan and use all the above paste to make Boondis and deep fry till you get a color in it.
  • Place the Boondis on a tissue paper to remove excess oil.
  • Now mix all the Boondis in the sugar syrup.
  • Allow them to cool slightly and give the shape into small and medium laddoos.

2. Imarti Recipes –

It is a circular shape sweet. Making this Indian sweet recipe at home is much better than buying from the market.

Ingredients for 8 Imarti

1 ¼ cup sugar
1 ¼ cup ghee
½ cup urad dal
2 tsp corn flour
Saffron
¼ tsp cardamom powder
2 strand safforn
Water and food color as required

How to Make Imarti

  • Take a pan and mix the water in it, put it on the medium flame, after 2 minutes mix sugar in the water and allow the pan to cook for 10 minutes and once the syrup attains two string consistency after that turn off the flame and mix some cardamom powder and strand saffron as required.
  • Now take urad dal and pour fresh water in the bowl. Keep the bowl aside for 3-4 hours. When the urad dal will be completely soaked it will be ready for use.
  • Now take a jar to add the soaked urad dal along with water, cornflour and food color in it. Grind all the ingredients and make a paste.
  • Pour the whole past into the pastry bag. Then take a pan and heat some ghee in the pan and when the ghee is hot enough pour all the paste within the ghee through the pastry bag in such a manner you will get a flower like the shape of your imarti in circular petals.
  • Deep fry till you get a brown color in the imarti. Once the imarti is prepared to transfer the imarti into the prepared sugar syrup and coat them easily. Now your imarti is ready you can serve it

3. Gulab Jamun Recipe –

It is a circle shape sweet recipe, and the taste of this recipe is very delicious.

Ingredients for Gulab Jamun

2 cup Sugar
5 cup Water
¼ tsp cardamom powder
½ tsp saffron
1 ¼ cups Khoya, grated
½ tsp Baking Soda
½ cup Maida
1 tsp Milk

Sugar Syrup for Gulab Jamun Recipe

  • Take a pan and mix the water in it, put it on the medium flame, after 2 minutes mix sugar in the water and allow the pan to cook for 10 minutes and once the syrup attains two string consistency after that turn off the flame and mix some cardamom powder and strand saffron as required.

How to make Gulab Jamun Recipe

  • Take a medium size deep bowl and pour the grated Khoya in it. Add baking soda and maida now mix them well using a spoon.
  • Now add some milk in it to make a smooth and soft dough and knead all of them together.
  • Divide the dough into equal parts and make smooth balls out of it.
  • Then take a pan and heat some ghee in the pan and when the ghee is hot enough pour all the balls within the ghee and deep fry till you get a brown color.
  • Once the bolls are prepared to transfer the balls into the prepared sugar syrup and coat them easily. Now your Gulab Jamun is ready you can serve it

4. Moong Dal Halwa Recipe –

You can make Moong Dal Halwa on every occasion. Everybody likes to Moong Dal Halwa.

Ingredients for 3 Bowl

250 g Moong Dal Paste
300g  Sugar
1 Cup Milk
100g Mawa
250g Ghee
10 Almond
10 Cashew nuts
Color (Optional)

How to make Moong Dal Halwa

  • Take a pan and pour the ghee in it, put it on the medium flame, after 2 minutes mix Moong dal paste in the ghee and keep stirring for 30 minutes on the medium flame till it gets brown color. Now add Mawa and mix fell for 2 minutes after that add some milk and sugar and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  • Now Use the dry fruits for decoration and serve it.

5. Shakarpara Recipe –

Shakarpara Recipe can be made at all festivals.

Ingredients for 1 kg

½ kg Maida
1 kg Ghee
½ kg Sugar
1 Cup Water

How to Make Shakarpara

  • Take a bowl and pour the Maida in the bowl, then mix the ghee and mix it well.
  • Now knead the above mixture with lukewarm water.
  • Divide the dough into four equal parts.
  • Now take one part of the dough and roll it into a thick paratha.
  • Now give the shape and cut with the knife.
  • Take a pan and add some ghee in the pan and frying the shakarpara till it gets a brown color on the medium flame.

Sugar Syrup for Shakarpara

  • Take a pan and mix the water in it, put it on the medium flame, after 2 minutes mix sugar in the water and allow the pan to cook for 10 minutes and once the syrup attains two string consistency after that turn off the flame and mix some cardamom powder and strand saffron as required.
  • Now add all the shakarpara in the sugar syrup and mix it well

6. Kalakand Recipe –

Kalakand is an Indian sweet recipe with milk. It is also known as milk cake, Mishri Mawa, and Kalakand.

Ingredients for Kalakand Recipe

1 liter milk
¼  cup sugar
paneer
7 to 8 saffron (optional)
pistachios and the silver foil.(optional)
Cardamom powder and rose water(optional)

How to Make Kalakand

  • Take a pan and pour the milk in the pan. After that add some grated paneer to the milk and mix it well.
  • Now add the sugar according to your taste and cook this mixture on low flame.
  • when the mixture gets thickened well switch off the flame.
  • Now all the mixture set well within the greased plate and allow to set for 10 minutes.
  • It Garnishes with pistachios and the silver foil.
  • Cut the pieces of Kalakand burfi and serve it.

7. Coconut Burfi with Milk Powder-

The taste of this coconut burfi is so delicious. This is a less time-consuming recipe. It takes hardly 15 -20 minutes.

3 Cup Coconut, Grated
2 Cup Sugar
1 Cup milk and dry fruits

How to make Coconut Burfi with milk Powder

  • Firstly, take 3 cups of grated coconut in the pan. Now add sugar and milk.
  • Mix well all mixture on medium flame until sugar dissolves completely.
  • Now keep stirring on a medium flame for 10 minutes till the mixture starts to thicken.
  • Now separate coconut mixture from pan and transfer the all mixture into a greased plate lined with baking paper.
  • Now all the mixture set well within the greased plate and allow to set for 10 minutes
  • Cut the pieces of coconut burfi and serve it.

8. Kaju Katli –

Kaju Katli is also known as Kaju Burfi and Cashew Burfi. It is a homemade recipe you can use the ingredients according to your taste.

Ingredients for 6 serving

2 cup powdered cashews
1 cup sugar
3 tsp milk
3 tsp ghee
½ cup water
Silver vark

How to make Kaju Katli with Milk

  • Firstly grind the cashews to a smooth powder. Now make the cashew paste after adding some water, ensure that the paste is thick in consistency.
  • Now take a pan and pour the paste and add some water in the pan heat it on medium flame. After that add some sugar and stir it continuously.
  • Take a pan and mix the water in it, put it on the medium flame, after 2 minutes mix sugar in the water and allow the pan to cook for 10 minutes and once the syrup attains one string consistency after that turn off the flame and mix some cardamom powder and strand saffron as required. In last add the cashew powder within the sugar syrup and stir well.
  • Now separate cashew paste from pan and transfer the all mixture into a greased plate.
  • Now all the mixture set well within the greased plate and allow to set for 10 minutes.
  • Allow it to cool completely and cut the Kaju Katli in diamond shapes and serve it.

9. Besan Burfi –

Besan burfi is a very sweet recipe that can be easily made in the home within 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients for Besan Burfi

2 Cups Besan
1 Sugar
5 Green Cardamoms powder
100g Mawa
1/2 Cup Ghee
10 Almond
10 Cashew nuts
Some ghee for greasing pan

Sugar Syrup for Besan Barfi

  • Take a pan and mix the water in it, put it on the medium flame, after 2 minutes mix sugar in the water and allow the pan to cook for 10 minutes and once the syrup attains two string consistency after that turn off the flame and mix some cardamom powder and strand saffron as required.

How To Make Besan Burfi

  • Take a pan and pour the ghee in it, put it on the medium flame, after 2 minutes mix Besan in the ghee and keep stirring for 30 minutes on the medium flame till it gets brown color. Now add Mawa and mix fell and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  • Now transfer the frying besan into the prepared sugar syrup and coat them easily.
  • Now all the mixture set well within the greased plate and allow to set for 10 minutes.
  • Cut the pieces of Besan Barfi and use the dry fruits for decoration, and serve it.

10. Jalebi –

Jalebi is a sweet Indian recipe. It is popular all over South Asia and the Middle East. It is also known as zuliba and zalabia.

Ingredients for 10 serving

3 Cup Maida
½ Cup Corn Flour
½ pinch baking soda
½ Cup Ghee
2 Cup Yogurt
3 Cup Water
3 Cup Sugar
Color

Sugar Syrup for Jalebi

  • Take a pan and mix the water in it, put it on the medium flame, after 2 minutes mix sugar in the water and allow the pan to cook for 10 minutes and once the syrup attains two string consistency after that turn off the flame and mix some cardamom powder and strand saffron as required.

How To Make Jalebi

  • Now take a bowl and mix maida, corn flour, and baking soda. Now add some ghee, orange color, curd, and water. Mix well for 5 minutes until it is thick.
  • Keep it aside for 8-10 hours.
  • Pour the whole past into the pastry bag. Then take a pan and heat some ghee in the pan and when the ghee is hot enough pour all the paste within the ghee through the pastry bag in such a manner you will get a flower like the shape of your jalebi.
  • Deep fry till you get an orange color in the jalebi. Once the jalebi is prepared to transfer the jalebi into the prepared sugar syrup and coat them easily. Now your jalebi is ready you can serve it
